Job Summary:

Result-driven Sales Manager responsible for leading the admissions and telesales team to drive student enrollments and achieve revenue targets for IT courses.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and yearly enrollment targets.
  • Lead and manage the telesales team.
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments
  • Maintain relationships with students and corporate clients.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • 5+ years of sales experience (Training education industry is a plus/IT sector preferred)
