Job Title: Civil Engineering Trainer / Mentor

Job Summary:

We are looking for passionate and experienced Civil Engineering Trainers / Mentors to deliver industry-oriented training programs. The candidate will be responsible for training students in core civil engineering concepts, software tools, and practical site knowledge to make them job-ready.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging training sessions on civil engineering topics such as:
• Construction & site execution
• Quantity surveying & estimation
• Structural concepts and materials
• Provide hands-on training in tools like:
• AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD Pro, ETABS, SketchUp, etc.
• Develop and update training materials, assignments, and real-time case studies
• Conduct practical demonstrations and project-based learning sessions
• Mentor students and guide them on career paths in civil engineering
• Evaluate student performance through assessments, assignments, and feedback
• Support placement activities by preparing students for interviews
• Stay updated with current industry trends and technologies

Roles & Responsibilities (Mentor Perspective):

• Act as a career mentor and guide students toward industry readiness
• Provide real-time insights into construction practices and site challenges
• Assist students in understanding drawings, BOQs, estimation, and billing
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and one-on-one mentoring
• Motivate and track student progress regularly

Required Qualifications:

• B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
• 1–5 years of experience in:
• Teaching / Training OR
• Construction / Site Engineering
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering fundamentals and software tools
• Good communication and presentation skills

Required Skills:

• Strong practical knowledge of civil engineering concepts
• Ability to explain technical topics in simple terms
• Hands-on experience with CAD/BIM tools
• Training and mentoring ability
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience as a trainer, faculty, or mentor in edtech/training institutes
• Experience in real-time construction projects
• Passion for teaching and student development
• Immediate joiners preferred

Salary:

• Based on last drawn CTC and interview performance

• This is a Work from Office role
• Currently, Work from Home is not available
