In this role, you will assist clients in planning and booking their travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, and tours. Your expertise will help create seamless and memorable travel experiences for both individual and corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, in-depth knowledge of travel products and services, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.

• Research and recommend travel packages, accommodations, and itineraries tailored to client requirements.

• Book flights, hotels, transportation, and tour packages using travel software and systems.

• Provide accurate pricing, itineraries, and travel advice to clients.

• Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry regulations.

• Resolve customer issues related to travel arrangements promptly and professionally.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role is preferred.

• Excellent knowledge of travel booking systems (e.g., GDS software) and online platforms.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle multiple bookings and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Knowledge of popular domestic and international travel destinations.

• Customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction.

• A diploma or degree in Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality Management is a plus.
