Job Description
Technical Work
Diagnose problems - Engine, FI, Carburetor, Electrical, Suspension, Brakes
Perform Periodic Services - Oil change, Filter cleaning, Chain set, General check-up
Handle Major Repairs - Engine overhaul, Head work, Wiring, Accident jobs
Do Warranty jobs as per brand guidelines with proper documentation & photos
Use diagnostic tools, scanners, and special tools correctly
Quality & Process
Follow brand SOP for every job - torque settings, lubrication points, checklist
Maintain cleanliness and 5S in assigned bay and tool box
Do test ride after repair to confirm issue is resolved
Minimize rework and comebacks
Workshop Support
Take jobs from Floor Incharge / Service Advisor and update status
Inform SA/Floor Incharge if additional work is found during service
Maintain proper use of tools, equipment, and consumables
Support junior mechanics and helpers
Documentation
Update job card with work done and time taken
Support warranty claim documentation with proper photos and details
