💼 Job Role Tamil Voice Process – Academic Counsellor
- Key ResponsibilitiesGuide students and parents about academic programs over phone calls.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with prospective students and assist them through the admission process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions.
- Achieve admission and counselling targets while delivering excellent customer service.

- Good communication skills in Tamil.
