We are expanding our Chennai operations and are looking for driven Academic Counsellors, Business Development professionals to accelerate growth.
What You'll Do
- Own and manage the complete sales cycle. From lead engagement to closure.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads (students, graduates & working professionals).
- Conduct cold calls, follow-ups, and counselling with confidence.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses across IT, engineering, and creative domains.
- Consistently achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Maintain proper follow-ups and updates in CRM.
- Work closely with trainers and operations team for smooth student onboarding.
- Share feedback and insights to improve sales approach and conversions.
Who You Are
- 1+ years of sales experience (Ed-tech preferred). Candidates with experience in telecalling or other target-driven sales roles are also encouraged to apply.
- Freshers with strong communication skills, relevant knowledge, and a willingness to learn will also be considered.
- Strong communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Target-driven with a proven ability to close deals.
- Self-motivated with strong ownership mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding of IT/technical courses is added advantage.
