Job Description

  • Counsel walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries about available computer courses (e.g., programming, web development, data science, networking, digital marketing).
  • Understand students’ academic background, career goals, and skill level.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with enrolled students to ensure course satisfaction.
  • Address academic or administrative concerns.
  • Coordinate with trainers to monitor student progress.
  • Support students during placement preparation (resume guidance, interview preparation).
  • Maintain inquiry and admission record.
  • Prepare daily/weekly admission and follow-up reports.
  • Coordinate with marketing and placement teams.
