Job Description

  • Source, identify, and onboard new guest house accommodations based on business requirements and occupancy needs.
  • Conduct scheduled visits to existing guest houses to ensure adherence to quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
  • Perform routine inspections and closely monitor maintenance activities, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Supervise guest house staff and ensure smooth, efficient, and service-oriented day-to-day operations.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with property owners, landlords, and vendors.
  • Manage guest house agreements, renewals, negotiations, and associated documentation.
  • Ensure proper collection, verification, and upkeep of all legal, compliance, and operational documents.
  • Address and resolve accommodation-related concerns, maintenance issues, and guest satisfaction escalations promptly.
  • Ensure strict compliance with company policies, operational SOPs, and guest house standards.
  • Prepare and submit periodic reports on occupancy levels, maintenance status, issues, and overall performance of guest house operations.
