Account Executive (Accounting)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the finance department in various accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and invoices
• Prepare and process accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flows
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits
• Assist with payroll processing and related tax filings
• Handle petty cash and expense reimbursements
• Liaise with vendors and clients for billing and payment follow-ups
• Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Fresher with relevant experience in accounting or finance role
• Good understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills
