Job Description

Day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime – Purchase, Sales, Receipts, Payments

Bank reconciliation and petty cash management

Basic GST & TDS workings and data entry for returns

Maintaining ledgers, vendor/customer accounts

Assisting in monthly closing and MIS reports

Filing and documentation

Full charge of accounts up to finalization

Filing of GST returns – GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation

TDS returns – 24Q, 26Q, TDS payments & compliance

Income tax workings, advance tax, ITR support

Statutory compliance – PT, PF, ESI coordination

Monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting

Team handling and audit coordination

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter
