About Lune Tiles®Lune Tiles® is a fast-growing cool roof tiles & Flyash Bricks manufacturing company based in Chennai. We are building a strong financial and operational foundation and are looking for a committed finance professional who can grow with the company long-term.

Role OverviewWe are hiring a highly responsible and performance-driven Accountant who can independently manage complete company accounts with accuracy, discipline, and ownership.

This is not just a data entry role — we are looking for someone who understands business finance, controls, and compliance deeply.

• Core ResponsibilitiesMaintain and supervise complete Books of Accounts
• Record and verify all Debit & Credit transactions
• Manage Accounts Receivable & Payable
• Strong follow-up on Outstanding payments (Credit & Debit)
• Handle Bank transactions, Cash deposits & withdrawals
• Perform accurate Bank Reconciliation (BRS)
• Maintain proper Stock & Inventory accounting
• Process and manage Payroll
• Handle complete GST filing & statutory compliance
• Prepare P&L, Balance Sheet & MIS reports
• Maintain financial discipline and reporting accuracy
• Operate efficiently in ERP / CRM systems

Ideal Candidate ProfileWe are looking for someone who:

• Has minimum 2–3 years of solid accounting experience
• Has strong knowledge of GST, Tally, ERP / CRM systems
• Understands banking, compliance & financial reporting
• Is confident in managing accounts independently
• Is disciplined, detail-oriented, and responsible
• Is dedicated and ready to grow long-term with the company
• Thinks like a finance controller, not just an operator
• QualificationB.Com / M.Com (Preferred)
• Compensation & Growth₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on skill & experience)
• Performance-based Annual Bonus – Up to 100%
• 10%–20% Annual Salary Increment based on performance & company norms
