Job Description

Maintain daily sales and cash records

Prepare billing, invoices, and expense entries

Handle cash deposits and bank transactions

Monitor fuel stock and reconcile sales reports

Maintain GST, tax, and purchase records

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports

Manage staff salary records and attendance data

Coordinate with auditors and suppliers

Ensure accuracy in cash handling and fuel accounting

Use accounting software like Tally, Excel, or ERP systems
