Job Description
- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting data
- Process invoices, vouchers, and journal entries
- Work on Tally for accounting operations
- Use MS Excel for reporting, reconciliations, and data analysis
- Assist in preparation of financial statements and basic reports
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for accounting-related requirements
- Travel within Chennai for client visits as required (travel allowance provided)
- Ensure compliance with basic accounting standards and internal processes
- Demonstrate willingness to learn and grow within an Accounting Firm environment
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Knowledge of accounting principles (basic to advanced based on experience)
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Hands-on experience with Tally
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to travel within Chennai
- Interest in building a long-term career in the accounting industry
