Accounts and Finance Executive

• Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting data
• Process invoices, vouchers, and journal entries
• Work on Tally for accounting operations
• Use MS Excel for reporting, reconciliations, and data analysis
• Assist in preparation of financial statements and basic reports
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for accounting-related requirements
• Travel within Chennai for client visits as required (travel allowance provided)
• Ensure compliance with basic accounting standards and internal processes
• Demonstrate willingness to learn and grow within an Accounting Firm environment

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Knowledge of accounting principles (basic to advanced based on experience)
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Hands-on experience with Tally
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to travel within Chennai
• Interest in building a long-term career in the accounting industry
