Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end accounting operations in Tally Prime.
  • Maintain Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
  • Record purchase, sales, journal, payment, and receipt entries.
  • Perform bank, vendor, and customer ledger reconciliations.
  • Manage GST, TDS, E-Invoicing, and statutory compliance.
  • Prepare monthly MIS reports, cash flow reports, and financial statements.
  • Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.
  • Monitor warehouse inventory accounting and stock reconciliation.
  • Support month-end and year-end account finalization.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP.
  • Good understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Experience in Warehouse, Logistics, FMCG, Trading, or B2B business preferred.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
