Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in Zoho Books and strong knowledge of GST compliance and accounting processes. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely compliance with tax regulations.
- Key Responsibilities:Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Zoho Books
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare and maintain invoices, purchase entries, and receipts
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance
- Manage GST-related activities including:
- GST invoicing
- GSTR-1, GSTR-3B preparation support
- Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliation
- Ensure timely filing of GST returns with accuracy
