Job Description - Accounts Executive


Position: Accounts Executive

Company: Haritha Automation Pvt Ltd

Experience: 1–3 Years

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Any Commerce Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
  • Prepare invoices, process vendor payments, and maintain financial records.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor outstanding payments.
  • Assist in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records in Tally and prepare MIS reports.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for finance-related requirements.

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge of Tally ERP/Prime, GST, and MS Excel.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and organizational abilities.

Location: Chennai
