Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain purchase, sales, and ledger accounts.
  • Verify bills, invoices, and vouchers.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports.
  • Follow up on customer payments and outstanding dues.
  • Manage supplier payments and bank transactions.
  • Perform bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring.
  • Ensure GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
  • Coordinate with auditors during audits.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records.
  • Support management with financial information and reports.

Requirements:

  • B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance).
  • 5+ years of experience in Accounts and Finance.
  • Knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Good communication and analytical skills.
