Accounts Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee our company’s financial records and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will manage daily accounting operations, prepare reports, and support audits.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers  

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports  

- Manage accounts payable and receivable  

- Monitor budgets and financial forecasts  

- Ensure compliance with GST and tax filings  

- Coordinate purchasing and sales team  

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field  

- Minimum 3 to 5 years of accounting experience  

- Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel  

- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards  

- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills  

Salary & Growth:  

- Starting salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000/month  

- Higher pay possible based on performance and work satisfaction
