Accounts & Operations Staff

Location: Koyambedu Fruit Market

Working Hours: Morning 5:30 AM to 12:00 Noon (Office)

After office hours: Need to coordinate with customers through WhatsApp and handle follow-ups.

We are looking for a sincere, responsible, and hardworking employee for our fruit business office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain daily records and office documentation

2. Handle accounts using Gofrugal and Tally

3. Billing, purchase entries, sales entries, and stock records

4. Attend customer complaints and resolve them professionally

5. Coordinate deliveries with drivers and staff

6. Handle purchase follow-up with suppliers

7. Follow up pending payments from customers

8. Customer coordination through WhatsApp after office hours

9. Support smooth daily business operations

Requirements:

1. Basic accounts knowledge

2. Experience in Gofrugal and Tally preferred

3. Good communication skills (Tamil / English preferred)

4. Computer knowledge (Excel, Email, Billing Software)

5. Honest, disciplined, and organized person

Preference:

1. Candidates staying nearby Koyambedu Fruit Market will be given first preference

2. Immediate joiners preferred
