Job Description – Admin Executive / AdministratorDesignation: Admin Executive / Administrator

Domain: Logistics / Shipping / Warehouse

Education: Any Degree

Experience: 2–5 Years

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Salary: Based on Experience and Company Standards

  • Job Responsibilities:Handle day-to-day administrative activities of the office and warehouse.
  • Maintain office records, documents, and filing systems.
  • Coordinate with operations, logistics, transport, and warehouse teams.
  • Monitor attendance, housekeeping, office maintenance, and staff support activities.
  • Manage vendor coordination, stationery, and office asset maintenance.
  • Support employee onboarding, ID card processing, and general administration work.
  • Maintain inward/outward registers and other administrative reports.
  • Coordinate for vehicle arrangements, courier services, and travel requirements when needed.
  • Ensure proper communication and coordination between departments.
  • Support management with administrative and operational tasks.
  • Required Skills:Good communication and coordination skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics/warehouse environment
  • Good documentation and record-maintenance skills
  • Preferred Candidate Profile:Experience in Logistics, Shipping, Warehouse, or Transport industry preferred
  • Immediate joiners will be given preference.
