Job Description

Role Overview: The Office Executive is responsible for accurate data entry, updation, verification, and timely submission of school information in the Tamil Nadu EMIS Portal and UDISE+ Portal, in compliance with State Education Department and CBSE requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Tamil Nadu EMIS & UDISE+ Management

● Maintain and update school data on Tamil Nadu EMIS Portal and UDISE+ Portal.

● Ensure timely submission of Annual EMIS Census, student enrollment data, and staff details.

● Update changes related to admissions, transfers, TC issued, dropouts, promotions, and new admissions.

● Coordinate for corrections as instructed by the Block / District Education Office.

Student & Staff Data Responsibilities:

● Student Data Management

● Staff Data Management

● Ensure 100% accuracy and consistency between:

1. EMIS / UDISE+

2. CBSE records

3. School admission registers

● Rectify data discrepancies flagged by authorities within stipulated timelines.

● Maintain confidentiality of all personal and institutional data.

Reports & Documentation:

● Generate EMIS / UDISE+ reports as required by:

1. District / State Education Department

2. CBSE

3. School Management

Coordination & Communication:

● Coordinate with class teachers and office staff for accurate data collection.

● Communicate with DEO / CEO / BEO offices for EMIS-related clarifications.

● Support the Principal during official meetings and compliance activities.

Administrative Support

● Assist during inspections, audits, and verifications.

● Handle official correspondence and maintain school administrative records.

● Support day-to-day office administration as assigned.
