Position: Admission Executive

Location: Madipakkam

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (Based on Experience)

About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Admission Executive to manage student enquiries, guide prospective students through the admission process, and help achieve admission targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle course enquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and online leads.
• Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain course details.
• Follow up with interested candidates until the admission process is completed.
• Provide information about courses, fees, batch timings, and career opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
• Share course brochures, testimonials, and class details via WhatsApp.
• Coordinate with the management team regarding admissions and student communication.
• Achieve monthly admission targets and ensure timely follow-ups.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in Tamil.
• Basic English communication is an added advantage.
• Confident, friendly, and professional speaking skills.
• Comfortable handling phone calls and WhatsApp communication.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
• Strong interpersonal, convincing, and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Eligibility

• Any Bachelor's Degree.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in telecalling, admissions, customer support, or sales is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidates :

• Female candidates preferred.
• Candidates residing near Madipakkam, Velachery, Medavakkam, Pallikaranai, or Keelkattalai are preferred.
