Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
To manage admissions, parent communication, administrative operations, telecalling, social media engagement, and student records to support the growth and smooth functioning of Nakshatra Preschool.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Admissions & Counselling
• Handle all admission enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and social media.
• Counsel parents regarding curriculum, facilities, fees, and school policies.
• Conduct school tours for prospective parents.
• Follow up regularly with admission leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
• Maintain admission enquiry and conversion records.
Administration
• Maintain student records, admission forms, and documentation.
• Generate fee receipts and maintain fee records.
• Monitor fee due lists and follow up with parents.
• Maintain attendance records and school databases.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Communication
• Manage WhatsApp parent groups.
• Send notices, circulars, fee reminders, and announcements.
• Handle incoming calls and parent enquiries professionally.
• Coordinate communication between parents, teachers, and management.
Social Media & Marketing
• Manage Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, and WhatsApp Business.
• Create and post regular content including photos, videos, and event updates.
• Respond to social media enquiries.
• Support admission campaigns and promotional activities.
• Collect parent testimonials and reviews.
Telecalling & Sales
• Contact prospective parents from enquiry databases.
• Follow up on pending admissions.
• Generate referrals from existing parents.
• Achieve monthly admission targets.
• Maintain lead tracking and conversion reports.
ELIGIBILITY
• Any Graduate (BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc preferred)
• Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, Email)
• Experience in admissions, telecalling, counselling, customer service, or sales preferred
• Knowledge of social media platforms

COMPENSATION
• Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 per month
• Admission Incentive: ₹500 per confirmed admission
• Monthly Target Bonus: ₹2,000 – ₹5,000 based on admissions achieved
WORKING HOURS
Monday to Saturday
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
