Job Description
Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Admission Manager to lead and manage the student admissions process for overseas education programs. The candidate will be responsible for handling student inquiries, counseling students and parents, managing the admissions team, and achieving admission targets for various international universities and courses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete student admission process for UG, PG, MBBS, Engineering, and other abroad education programs.
- Guide students and parents regarding course selection, university options, eligibility, visa process, and career opportunities.
- Handle walk-ins, telephonic inquiries, social media leads, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with universities and international partners regarding admissions and documentation.
- Lead and monitor the admissions counseling team to achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain student database and admission records properly.
- Conduct seminars, webinars, educational fairs, and promotional activities.
- Ensure timely submission of applications and documents.
- Support students throughout admission, offer letter, visa, and enrollment process.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports.
- Build strong relationships with schools, colleges, and educational institutions for student recruitment.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and counseling skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Good knowledge of overseas education and admission procedures.
- Target-oriented and result-driven mindset.
- Ability to handle multiple student applications simultaneously.
- Good computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Email handling).
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in any field.
- Experience in overseas education consultancy preferred.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in admissions, counseling, or student recruitment.
