Summary:
As an AI Transformation Practitioner, a typical day involves shaping and advancing the strategic vision for artificial intelligence transformation within the organization. This role requires leading the planning and execution of complex AI initiatives, coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure alignment with the overall transformation goals. The practitioner actively monitors progress, addresses challenges, and fosters collaboration to drive successful adoption and integration of AI technologies, ensuring that the transformation delivers meaningful impact and innovation throughout the enterprise.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met effectively.
- Continuously evaluate emerging trends and technologies to recommend improvements and innovative approaches within AI transformation initiatives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Strong expertise in managing and optimizing plant maintenance processes using SAP solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into effective maintenance strategies.
- Experience in integrating SAP Plant Maintenance with other enterprise systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to SAP Plant Maintenance modules.
- Capability to lead cross-functional teams in implementing SAP PM solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
