Summary:
As an Application Designer, your day typically involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to understand and clarify business needs. You will engage in defining detailed requirements and crafting application designs that align with organizational processes. Your role includes analyzing existing workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring that the applications developed effectively support business objectives. Throughout the day, you will participate in discussions to refine solutions and contribute to the overall design strategy, ensuring that the applications are both functional and user-friendly within the business context.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate application requirements.
- Document and communicate application design specifications clearly to development teams.
- Support the testing and validation of application features to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Assist in identifying potential risks and propose mitigation strategies during the design phase.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday US Time Tracking.
- Experience in designing and implementing application solutions that align with business processes.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and communicate effectively across different levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with application lifecycle management and best practices in application design.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday US Time Tracking.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
