Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding the needs of various stakeholders and translating those needs into functional and efficient software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with different teams to ensure that applications are tailored to support operational goals while maintaining flexibility for future enhancements. Continuous evaluation and adjustment of application components are part of the daily routine to ensure optimal performance and alignment with evolving business demands.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Ensure the applications developed are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to minimize downtime.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ControlM Administration.
- Experience in scheduling, monitoring, and managing batch jobs using ControlM.
- Ability to configure and optimize workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and failures.
- Familiarity with integrating ControlM with various enterprise applications and databases.
- Knowledge of automation techniques to streamline job scheduling and execution.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ControlM Administration.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
