- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
- Document application configurations and updates to support knowledge sharing and continuity.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Benefits.
- Experience with configuring and customizing Workday modules to align with business needs.
- Strong understanding of business process workflows and their implementation within Workday.
- Ability to analyze and translate complex requirements into effective application solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data management within Workday environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in application development.
