As an Application Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the design, development, and configuration of applications while serving as the main liaison for all project-related communications. This role requires coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals, overseeing the progress of application builds, and addressing any challenges that arise during implementation. The Application Lead plays a crucial role in guiding the team through complex technical landscapes and ensuring that the application solutions meet the desired business objectives efficiently and effectively.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and expectations.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BlueYonder Transportation Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with A&D Aftermarket.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to transportation management systems.
- Experience in configuring and customizing enterprise applications to meet specific business needs.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect various software components effectively.
