Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities.
- Ensure documentation of troubleshooting processes and resolutions for future reference.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex application issues.
- Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level financial planning systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical information clearly and effectively.

- This position is based at our Chennai office.
