Job Description
Key Responsibilities:✅ Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Identify and approach potential customers (B2B/B2C) in the assigned area.
- Present, demonstrate, and negotiate product/service offerings effectively.
✅ Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Address customer queries, provide solutions, and ensure satisfaction.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to secure repeat business.
✅ Market Research & Reporting:
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, trends, and customer needs.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and submit them to the sales manager.
- Provide feedback to improve products/services based on customer insights.
✅ Territory Management:
- Plan and execute field visits efficiently to maximize sales opportunities.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings when required.
Qualifications & Skills:✔️ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
✔️ Experience: 1–3 years in field sales (industry-specific experience is a plus).
✔️ Skills:
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
