We are hiring a Sales Manager – Industrial Equipment Rentals for various Indian Cities who will play a vital role in connecting with customers, understanding their unique challenges, and providing solutions that enable them to succeed.
Your Role
- Build relationships with existing customers while actively prospecting for new clients.
- Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in the respective territory.
- Provide expert guidance on rental Power solutions, including multi-megawatt power packs, industrial chillers, and process-specific equipment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze customer needs and provide tailored recommendations.
Your Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in technical sales or solution-based selling (minimum 5 years preferred).
- Familiarity with renting or selling industrial equipment and engineering solutions.
- A strong sense of accountability and a drive to exceed targets.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Proficiency in English and regional languages.
