We are hiring a Sales Manager – Industrial Equipment Rentals for various Indian Cities who will play a vital role in connecting with customers, understanding their unique challenges, and providing solutions that enable them to succeed.

Your Role

• Build relationships with existing customers while actively prospecting for new clients.
• Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in the respective territory.
• Provide expert guidance on rental Power solutions, including multi-megawatt power packs, industrial chillers, and process-specific equipment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze customer needs and provide tailored recommendations.

Your Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in technical sales or solution-based selling (minimum 5 years preferred).
• Familiarity with renting or selling industrial equipment and engineering solutions.
• A strong sense of accountability and a drive to exceed targets.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Proficiency in English and regional languages.
