Job Description
Assembly Operations: Fasten and assemble vehicle components per engineering prints, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and routing sheets. [1]
Quality & Inspection: Conduct routine quality checks using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, height gauges, Vernier calipers) to meet exact specifications. [1]
Machine Operation: Set up and operate CNC, VMC, and assembly lines; monitor machine health and production efficiency. [1, 2]
Maintenance & Safety: Perform basic routine maintenance, troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions, and strictly adhere to personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols. [1, 2, 3]
