Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct line inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
- Implement Poka Yoke principles to minimize defects and improve productivity.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) using tools like 7QC, IATF, Kaizen, and PFMEA.
- Apply lean manufacturing techniques such as 5S system, Fishbone diagram, Pareto analysis, and Why-Why analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-8 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Strong understanding of QC tools like 7QC, Process Quality, Six Sigma certification preferred.
- Needs to have IATF Experience
- Should know MACE.
