Assistant Engineering Manager - Process

The person shall be capable of handling the complete design and detailed engineering for Water treatment Power plants like potable drinking water and desalination. The Design Engineer shall design & review the entire design documents and drawings for a project or a set of smaller projects including co-ordination with other disciplines viz., Electrical, instrumentation and Mechanical. Design Engineers shall work with a team of draftsman to manage the Engineering activities within budget, deliver on time and maintaining a high quality of engineering.

• Handle complete process design and detailed engineering for water treatment plants including potable water and desalination systems.
• Prepare, review, and approve process design documents and engineering deliverables for single or multiple projects.
• Develop and review PFDs, P&IDs, process calculations, and equipment specifications.
• Coordinate with Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, and Civil disciplines to ensure integrated design.
• Guide and manage drafting teams for preparation of engineering drawings and documents.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Indian and international design standards and codes.
• Monitor engineering progress to meet project schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
• Review vendor documents, datasheets, and technical submissions.
• Support site teams during construction, installation, and commissioning as required.
• Maintain high standards of engineering quality and timely project delivery.
