Position: Service Crew – Assistant Manager / Manager

Role Summary:
The Service Crew – Assistant Manager / Manager is responsible for overseeing daily outlet operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining food quality standards, supervising staff, and achieving operational efficiency at the outlet level.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day outlet operations efficiently and professionally.
Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction at all times.
Supervise and guide service crew members during shifts.
Monitor staff grooming, discipline, attendance, and performance.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards as per company policies.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory requirements with the concerned department.
Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and POS operations.
Support sales growth through upselling and customer engagement initiatives.
Train new employees on service standards, SOPs, and operational procedures.
Prepare daily operational reports and update management regularly.
Ensure compliance with company rules, safety procedures, and operational standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary / Diploma / Any Degree.
Minimum 1-5years of experience in restaurant, café, bakery, or hospitality operations.
Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work in rotational shifts and under pressure.
Basic knowledge of billing systems and outlet management preferred.
