position: Assistant Manager – Kitchen / Restaurant – 10 Openings
Qualification: 12th Standard
Experience Required: 2–3 Years
Language Requirement: Tamil & English
Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹31,000 per month
Earning Potential: ₹32,000 – ₹38,000 with Incentives

Job Description:
- Supervise daily kitchen and restaurant operations.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and team coordination.
- Ensure smooth customer service and operational efficiency.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Handle customer concerns and support service improvements.
- Coordinate with purchase, store, and billing departments.
- Maintain operational reports and inventory control.
- Support restaurant manager in achieving business targets.
Skills Required:
- Leadership and team management skills
- Good communication in Tamil & English
- Knowledge of restaurant/kitchen operations
- Problem-solving and customer handling abilities
- Basic computer and reporting knowledge
