Position: Operations Coordinator
Location: Chennai

About Us
We are a branding and retail execution company specializing in signage, branding installations, store activations, visual merchandising, and project execution across multiple locations. We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support our project execution team.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
Prepare Recce Presentation (PPT) documents based on site survey data.
Coordinate with field teams for recce scheduling and execution.
Track project status and maintain execution records.
Client & Store Coordination
Contact stores prior to recce visits.
Confirm store availability and operating hours.
Introduce the company as the authorized branding partner.
Coordinate with store managers for smooth site access.
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare billing documents and supporting project paperwork.
Maintain project files, reports, and records.
Update internal trackers and project status sheets.
Ensure documentation is accurate and complete.
Communication Management
Monitor project emails and respond to routine communications.
Escalate urgent matters to the operations team.
Coordinate between clients, vendors, and field teams.
Administrative Support
Maintain recce schedules and visit calendars.
Support quotation, billing, and project closure documentation.
Assist management with operational reports and data compilation.
Skills Required
Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Basic email drafting and business communication skills.
Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Basic understanding of project management is an advantage.
Qualification
Any Graduate (BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, BA, BBM preferred)
Freshers welcome
0–1 year experience in operations, administration, coordination, or client support preferred.
