Job Description

ASST ENGINEERING MANAGER ELV-ICT

To lead the design and coordination of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems ensuring seamless integration with electrical and other MEP services, meeting safety, reliability, and performance standards.

SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

  •  Design of ELV systems such as fire alarm, CCTV, access control, PA, BMS, AV systems and Networking.
  • Preparation of BOQ and basic knowledge in costing
  •   Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and client specifications.
  • Knowledge in CAD &Basic knowledge in Revit and Navis platform
  •   Coordinate ELV system design with electrical and architectural disciplines.
  •   Conduct design reviews and ensure quality and accuracy of deliverables.
  •   Support value engineering and design optimization initiatives.
  •   Provide technical support during project execution and commissioning stages.
