AutoCAD Draughtsman

Our firm is currently seeking a skilled and experienced AutoCAD drafter to join our team.

As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD software, collaborating with design teams, and contributing to the success of projects. This includes understanding client requirements and translating design concepts into detailed drawings for projects.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Technical Drawing: Develop accurate 2D and 3D drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and details using AutoCAD
• Drafting Standards: Ensure all designs and modifications comply with industry standards, structural regulations, and safety codes
• Collaboration: Meet and coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand design requirements and project specifications
• Revisions: Review and revise drawings based on feedback, incorporating design changes or red-mark corrections into existing files
• Documentation: Manage and organize drawing libraries, standard templates, and project documentation (e.g., material lists or Bill of Quantities)
• Quality Assurance: Check blueprints and dimensions for accuracy, completeness, and to verify material specifications
