Job DescriptionWe are hiring Automation Operators for Fuji Electric at Oragadam. The candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring automated production machines while ensuring smooth production, quality, and safety.

• Key ResponsibilitiesOperate automated production and assembly machines.
• Load raw materials and components into the machine.
• Monitor machine performance and production output.
• Perform basic machine settings and changeovers as instructed.
• Identify minor machine issues and inform the maintenance team.
• Conduct visual inspection of finished products.
• Record daily production data and machine status.
• Maintain 5S and workplace cleanliness.
• Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
• Work in rotational shifts and support production targets.
• RequirementsITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in an automation or manufacturing environment.
• Basic knowledge of PLC-controlled or automated machines is preferred.
• Good understanding of production, quality, and safety practices.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
