Preparing customer invoices

Updating customer records and service history

Service reminder calls to existing customers

WhatsApp follow-ups for service bookings and enquiries

Maintaining spreadsheets and customer databases

Vendor and purchase record maintenance

Filing and organizing documents

Google Review follow-up with customers

Handling basic office administration work

Coordinating with service advisors and technicians

Answering incoming customer calls when required
