What would you do? You will be aligned to our Financial Services and banking sector by helping the client on Preparing Closing Disclosures on Residential Mortgages to qualified borrowers. The Corporate banking /Wholesale banking team is responsible for helping clients and organizations processes trade finance transactions by providing superior service delivery to trade customers whilst safeguarding the bank from risks associated with this business. Banking operations refer to the various activities and processes conducted by a bank to provide financial services to its customers, manage financial transactions, and ensure the smooth functioning of its business.

Roles and Responsibilities: • Timely reviewing and completion of Closing Disclosures before the consummation date • Coordinating among onshore counter parts, settlement companies and attorneys to ensure a smooth closing process • Verifying all Closing documents adhere to federal and state regulations such as RESPA, TRID and other applicable laws. • Compiling all necessary documents for the Closing, including loan agreements, Title insurance and other legal documents. • Please note that this role may require you to work in US shift which operates between 06:00PM to 04:30AM IST • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work. • Responsible for performing Quality check of loans processed by associates before delivering the loans to Client.
