Barista – Job DescriptionRole:

Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and light café items while ensuring great customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Make coffee (espresso, cappuccino, latte, cold coffee, etc.)
• Prepare basic beverages (tea, juices, shakes if on menu)
• Take customer orders and handle billing
• Maintain cleanliness of coffee machine and work area
• Ensure consistent taste and presentation
• Refill stock (milk, beans, syrups, cups)
• Interact politely with customers

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of coffee making (training can be provided)
• Good communication skills
• Clean and hygienic working style
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Commis Chef – Job DescriptionRole:

Assist in preparing café food items quickly and consistently as per the menu.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare sandwiches, burgers, pasta, fries, breakfast items, etc.
• Follow recipes and portion sizes
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene
• Assist in basic prep (cutting, sauces, stocking)
• Ensure food is served fresh and on time
• Support senior chef if applicable

Requirements:

• Basic cooking skills (café-style menu)
• Understanding of kitchen hygiene
• Ability to work quickly during rush hours
