• FirstCry ஆர்டர்களை வாடிக்கையாளர்களுக்கு பாதுகாப்பாகவும், நேரத்திற்கு தகுந்தும் டெலிவரி செய்தல்.
• நிறுவனத்தின் விதிமுறைகளை பின்பற்றுதல்.
• வாடிக்கையாளர்களுடன் மரியாதையாக நடந்து கொள்ளுதல்.
