1. Billing & Invoicing
Generate invoices accurately and on time
Ensure proper GST application (HSN codes, tax rates, etc.)
Verify order details before billing (quantity, price, discounts)
Maintain billing records and documentation
2. Coordination
Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams for order processing
Resolve billing discrepancies with internal teams
Communicate with customers if required for billing clarification
