Billing Executive

Position: Billing Executive

Location: Thousand Lights, Chennai

Salary: ₹15,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience

Software Knowledge: Good working knowledge of Tally is mandatory.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process customer invoices and billing documents accurately.
• Generate sales invoices, quotations, and delivery challans as required.
• Maintain billing records and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
• Verify billing details and resolve discrepancies in coordination with relevant departments.
• Update customer and transaction details in Tally and company systems.
• Assist in maintaining accounts receivable records and payment tracking.
• Coordinate with the Accounts and Sales teams for smooth billing operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
• Prepare daily and monthly billing reports for management review.
• Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in billing or accounts-related work.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and GST billing procedures.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or any relevant field preferred.
• Candidates with relevant experience in billing and accounting operations will be given preference.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
• Proficiency in Tally is Mandatory.
