BIM MODELLER

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Coordinator based in Chengalpattu. The BIM coordinator will be responsible for creating and managing detailed Building Information Models (BIM) and producing accurate construction drawings. Daily tasks include collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure data accuracy, supporting design and construction projects, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Create detailed 3D models (LOD 200–300) using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks

Develop mechanical & electrical systems with coordinated building services layouts

Manage drawing standards and maintain drawing registers

Collaborate with engineers, architects, and consultants to gather and incorporate design inputs

Generate 2D drawings and construction documents from 3D models

Conduct clash detection and produce detailed clash reports using Navisworks or equivalent tools

Ensure all models meet project BIM standards and protocols

Maintain and update the BIM family library

Work closely with engineers, designers, and other BIM team members to ensure design accuracy and coordination

 ✅ Skills & Requirements:

Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks

Solid understanding of MEP systems and BIM workflows

Strong coordination and communication skills

Familiarity with clash detection and issue tracking tools

Experience with drawing/document control and BIM standards compliance
