"In this Role you will be Responsible For:

Processing daily activities related to Insurance Agent contracting and commissions. Organizing and completing tasks according to assigned priorities. Completing assigned tasks in a timely manner in order to stay within SLA.  Developing and maintaining a solid working knowledge of the insurance industry and of all products, services, and processes performed by the team. Resolving complex situations following pre-established guidelines. This role will also be included in client meetings and discussions regarding day to day processes and/or escalations. Timely entry of data and data corrections as and when required. Verifying proper completion of the process and change documentation. Ensuring accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client SLAs.

Requirements for this role include:- High School Diploma required, Associate or Bachelors Degree preferred - Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills. - Able to work independently; - Strong analytic skills. -

Detail-oriented; - Ability to organize and multi-task. - Ability to make decisions. - Demonstrate strong reading comprehension and writing skills. - Cognitive Skills include language, basic math skills, reasoning ability and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work in a team environment. - Required computer skills: - Must have experience with data entry and word processing, possess a working knowledge of MS Office applications, and understand how to navigate through web-based applications. - Must have some basic knowledge of MS Excel.  

**Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm CST The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements."
