Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Branch Head to lead our Auto branches. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in business development, collections, and branch operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall branch operations and achieve business targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate the branch team.
- Develop new business through dealers and direct customers.
- Monitor loan sourcing, approvals, and disbursements.
- Ensure timely EMI collections and maintain portfolio quality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in Auto Finance, NBFC, or Banking.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to achieve business and collection targets.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
